Wedding Photography Pricing

Every wedding is unique and each couple is unique – and that is why I don’t offer the typical selection of packages that many wedding photographers offer. Instead I offer you a simple two-step approach to getting exactly what you want for your wedding photography.

As well as allowing you to have a uniquely personalised wedding photography service, my two-step approach allows you to spread the cost – you need only pay for your wedding photography service before your wedding and then for any wedding albums, photo discs, canvasses etc. you would like after the wedding.

Step 1 – Your Wedding Coverage

The first step is to choose how much of your wedding you want to be photographed:

As well as paying for Mark Richardson to be your wedding photographer, this fee pays for all of your images from the day to be individually edited for maximum effect and all of your photos on a personalised and private website for you and your friends and family to enjoy.

This is the only thing that you need to pay before your wedding.

A typical couples might spend approximately £900-1200 in total (including the fee for coverage)- wthough of course much of this is spent after the wedding.

Pre-Wedding/Engagement Portrait Session

Having a pre-wedding or engagement shoot is a perfect opportunity to get some romantic and beautiful photos of you together in a relaxed and informal setting. As well as having fun and getting some fantastic photos, photos from a pre-wedding or engagement portrait session are perfect for using on invitations and other wedding stationary.

Many couples also find that spending an hour or two with their wedding photographer before their wedding helps them to be more relaxed about their wedding photography – it’s always reassuring seeing beautiful photos of yourself from your wedding photographer.
